Track My Order

  2. Log In to Your Account:
    If you created an account during checkout, log in to view your order history and current status. If you checked out as a guest, you can still track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

  3. Enter Your Tracking Number:
    In the "Track My Order" section, enter your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email. Click "Track" to see the current status of your order.

  4. Check Your Email:
    Alternatively, click the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email, which will direct you to the carrier’s website for detailed tracking information.

Order Status:

  • Pending: Your order is being processed.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way. Track its progress using the provided tracking number.
  • Delivered: Your order has been delivered. If you haven’t received your package, check with your neighbors or contact the carrier.

Shipping Delays:
