🛍️ Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

🔁 Returns – Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened beauty or personal care products
- Health products or supplements
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Final sale items
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after approval.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
